4" Tailpipe Section

I'm 90% sure the previous owner ran the exhaust before the rear tire. So the exhaust is cut off after the muffler (which is something aftermarket, dont know what). I think he just cut his tip off. Anyways, I would like to get the over the axle tailpipe section in 4" and then piece it together from there. Dont want to spend $300+ for a complete kit.

Anyone know where to find one?
