I have a 170289 tp38 rebuild kit. all complete minus 4 bolts for exhaust housing and pedestal o-rings. Kit is around 60 and its 10 or so for o-rings. So fair price would be $45 shipped.

I bought the kit when i did the exhaust housing and after all the work to get it out i decided to just put it all back together. That's what i get for allowing myself 5 hours to do a all day project.
