How to tell if h&s is ****** capable?

Found a guy with a really cheap mini maxx for sale. It is unlocked, but he doesn't know if it will do ******s, it was on his friends truck. Any way to tell without the original box and such?

when the screen first powers up, get the numbers that show accross the bottom of the screen and post them up.

Then get a picture of the "show settings" screen. it needs to say "not installed" beside tune status.

also post up the HW and SW versions from that screen. Then we can help.
