Custom tunes?

I have a 13 f250 with ***, def, and egr ******d and a no limit stage 2 intake. I have been running the H&S tunes for a few months now and would like to upgrade to something with a little more power and better trans tuning. My trans seems to shift funny every once in a while. What companys are making the best tunes for the mini maxx these days?
