2017-19 tailgate question

This may be a dumb question but will they fit a 2012? For some reason there’s a ton of them available around me and they’re cheaper.

I dont thing so. Would have to measure them. As for the superduty trucks 99-16 all fit as well as 97-03 f150 tail gates. There are 2 exceptions on the f150 gates. The early super crew 4 full door trucks and the stepside bed trucks. I see tailgates from the 99-07 trucks cheap all the time. 200 bucks or less
