Ill check when I get home.
Ill charge them up then test again.
I know these errors can be caused by low batts.
Just weird how intermittent it is.
Now it will start right up immediately then stumble and die.

Check IDM power supply relay also to make sure its getting consistent power. Are you hearing a clicking under the hood when it acts up?

I can not hear anything over the motor.
I hear lots of relays clicking when I run the KOEO test.
I'll look into the power relay.

Sounds really dumb but I have to ask cause it has happened before. The IPR plug and another plug that is the exact same plug end can get mixed around and It does exactly what yours sounds like, will idea and start for a few second then die and won't restart for a little. Cant remember if its the fuel bowl heater or something along those lines.

Checked voltages at the relays.
Next I'm going to check at the IDM connector.
Ill have to dig up the pin out diagram and see what I find.

Here are the pics of testing the relay power supply pins at the distribution box.
All other pins had no power.

First the PCM relay.

12v here,

6v here,

Now the IDM relay pins.

I believe the 6 volt terminal should be zero looks like you are backfeeding

IDM has constant 12v at the IDM connector.

You wouldn't happen to have a diagram of this box would you?

Per the pic above,

Wires 30 & 86 should have 12v at both locations.
30 is the horizontal pin at the relays.
86 is the top pin at the relays as shown in my testing pics from above.

PCM-
30- 12v
86- 6v

IDM-
30- 12v
86- 12v
87- 6v

So somehow I have half the voltage I need to pin 86 on the PCM.
And 6v on wire 87 where there should be no voltage.
Going to try these tests with the IDM disconnected just to see if my readings change.

87 should only have power after the coil in the relay is energized. In some cases 87 will show ground when the relay is deenergized. 30 and 86 should have 12 VDC.
