Lariat Heated/Cooled seat question

I have a 2014 f250 lariat with leather power seats but not heated or cool. I have an opportunity to buy a set of heated and cooled seats out of a 2016 and am trying to find out if all the wiring for the heated and cooled seats is the same. Can I just plug them in and change the programming in forscan to activate them, or am I missing wiring under the seat since it was not originally speced with the heated/cooled seats? Maybe some pics from guys with heated and cooled seats of there connections under the seats.

The harness should be there under the carpet.

thanks for the reply. Is it a different plug i need to be looking for to go into the seat or is it a plug to go into the controller under the passenger seat in the control module? Do you have any pics? Just want to make sure I have all my ducks in a row before dropping the cash on the seats.
