This really isn't a 6.7 specific issue I don't think, but thought I would see if people have found a fix. When driving at highway speeds, I hear a whistling coming in from what sounds like the windshield. We taped it off on the driver's A pillar and didn't help at all. What are your suggestions on this to do?

On my work truck it would whistle, it was the rubber seal where the window rolls up. Make sure it is pushed up in the door frame all the way.

I will have to take a look at that. Wonder if it would be worth pulling it and reinserting it.

I checked that and I didn't see any issues with that. We tried taping off the drivers portion of the windshield and that wasn't it either.

Mine is the mirror. Fold in the mirror and drive. I can hold my hand while I'm driving, over the turn signal and it stops.

I have it too, used up 2 rolls of blue painters tape trying to find it. Mystified. Like a blowing over a bottle, but not quite doing it right, kind of sound.

Yeah, that is the sound I am hearing. I have tried folding in the mirrors and that doesn't stop it.

Mine was coming from the mirrors. Ford searched and search but couldn't fix it....I figured it out and eliminated the whistle. I'll post pictures tomorrow.

There's a felt strip on the top and bottom mirror arm. Mine fell off and left a sliver of space to create a air whistle.

See how the one picture has a felt strip on the upper arm and the other one is missing?

There is a thin gap letting air pass through that creates the whistle. You can use a thin portion of the loop side Velcro to make the fix.

Less than 10k miles on my truck and the dealer contacted ford and it was going to be a week before they could determine what was wrong. Wasn't worth my headache, so I fixed it myself.
