Hi everybody! New here. And looking at building up my 06 6.0. Found a deal on sinister with the livewire, afe momentum hd, and 5" exhaust, any opinions?

The truck has egr ******, studs, and 4 or 4.5" lift also. Any reason I can't run 37x12.5x20 or 37x13.5x20s?
