gas evolution cts2 as a monitor?

Has anyone tried to use a gas cts2 as a monitor?

I was going to buy a used gas evolution cts2 as a monitor however I am not sure if it would still work on a 64. I contact edge by email and they said probably not.

So just checking to see if anyone else has tried doing so. thanks.

Fwiw i put my ******* tuner in my 6.2 and q bunch of the parameters worked. Iirc obd2 is a standard and thats why universal amazon $20 monitors work with everything.

Yes. At least from 6.2 to 6.7.

Although it does not like to boot up. It always tells me “missing stock file hit any key” or base file or something.

Anyway, I touch the screen and it finishes loading the gauge screens. Works good after that.

thanks for the replies, now to decide if I should grab a used one or pick up a new one.

edge has a free eas device with any cts2. so more cost up front but would work out the same in the end, except for being an insight vs an evolution.
