Buddy of mine has a TS chip that is in working condition and needs the peice that plugs into the PCM. Anyone have one that does not work laying around?

You mean he needs the pin connector that's part of the chip? Because the chip plugs directly into the PCM. If the chip is missing the connector, I'm not sure that qualifies as "working order". Is the pin connector damaged? Otherwise I'm wondering if he has a switch and cord, and needs the chip.
Edit. I see you have Gearhead tunes so I'm assuming you know all the above, I'm just looking for clarification.

The pins are messed up on the connector that plugs into the PCM.
the chip plugs into the PCM...I have no idea, as to what you are describing...
PCM-chip-cable or..in reverse..cable-chip-PCM
you might be better off using pictures.
