First I want to say THANKS to Morgan Primm of Midwest Diesel & Auto who I probably got 75% of all my parts from. His before and after support is the best I have ever come across. Thanks Morgan.

This is a 6.4L build that has been going on for about 7 months now at Dynamic Diesel in Snohomish, WA. Just fired up a few days ago. We're calling it Project Street Sleeper and Diesel World will be doing a write up on it in the next few months. I'll share the build list and then some pics. Power wise I will say that Morgan was able to make 811 RWHP with a similar setup truck using the turbos I have. That truck didn't have fully ported heads, Stage 3 intake manifold, Stage 1 cam, or water/meth. We do. We're hoping to dyno May 24th and we aren't sure what it's going to make. We're guessing until we dyno but figure it'll be around the 900 RWHP mark give or take. It's just a guess though.

Working out some tuning issues right now and taking it really easy for the break in. So far so good though for the most part.

very cool build and congrats.

Not too sure about that ATS trans though, they haven't really stood up in the past.
Hopefully it stays right for ya.

post some pics of the actual truck when you get a minute

Sweet build! Really interested in how far you take those turbos. Keep us updated!

Sent from a Cummins plant, driving a Powerstroke, with a TDI on the side!

Build looks great, sent a few parts your way for Morgy.

I have to ask.. You didn't mention anything, and pictures show otherwise...

PLEASE tell me your doing something over stock up pipes?!

Thanks for all the comments. We went with an ATS trans because the shop I use in an autherized ATS installer and handles warranty issues as well. So I could have gone with someone else but shipping a trans mission some where price wise would suck. main reason I didn't end up getting one from Morgan. Plus they made it to handle 1000+ HP so we'll find out. They have the 5 year 500,000 mile warranty and you no longer have to use their controller. They'll cover the labor of removal and installation as well. I'm 5 minutes from my shop so in my case I was happy to go with them.

Uppipes are stock. We did use RCD manifolds on purpose so I didn't have to mess with the uppipes. Maybe that will be a mistake but it's all ready done.

Jarod if you'd like some more info get a hold of me. I have used quite a few RCD parts. I'm excited to see what your turbos are going to do on this setup with the porting. Hopefully we will dyno at BD Dyno days on May 24th.

I hear ATS trans are junk alot online. I have seen this shop install a few of some higher HP builds and they have held up fine in the last couple years. I do agree several years ago when ATS was having parts made outside the U.S. their quality sucked. They have sense moved everything to the U.S. and make it all in house. I don't want to get into a lets bash ATS conversation. This one was one of the 1st Stage 5s they have made for the 6.4L. They have made several trans for some Cummins guys making close to or over 1000 RWHP and they are holding up. I understand those transmission are completely different designs but when it comes to where they used billet parts and mods they do inside the trans it's the same type of improvements. It's designed for the power I'm making and they warranty it knowing I'm making desent power. Everything breaks when you start making big power. Hopefully mine wont but I'd rather go with an ATS than use someone elses and have to pay the labor and shipping to have it covered by a warranty when or if I broke theirs. If I destroy it I'll let everyone know. Lets wait until I actually break it before we flame it. But thanks for the vote of convidence. ;)

Oh someone asked about the bypass oil filter. It's from Amsoil but I'l also using a Bullet Proof oil cooler kit. It also comes with it's own large spin on oil filter that replaces the oil filter on top of the engine. We mounted the Bullet Proof oil filter behind the bumper under the driver side head light. The Amsoil bypass filter is mounted behind the front bumper center of the engine area.
