That is the same tank I have. Here are a couple more pictures of the bulge. You can also see the tank is as far up as it can go.
It will hang out to pretty much even with the outside of the frame rail. I have the PMF traction bars that are in line with the frame, if the OUO mount has it on...

No way for me to get the bulge on the inside of the frame. Tank would have to come up about 6-8 inches and it is already pretty much snugged up to bottom of bed.

Make sure to have your receipt and notify the station if you haven't already. Had a buddy fill his Duramax up with some bad fuel and ended up costing almost $12k after all said and done. Took out injectors and HPFP. Station ended up covering it on their insurance.
I am going to try and cut the bracket to about 50% of its width and that will put it inside the bumper. If that still rubs then I will try and cut the bumper some. I did notice without the bracket and the bumper spaced out, the rear of the bumper hangs a little low. So the brackets need to be on...
It is hitting on the bumper. I have cut just about all I can without starting to cut some of the mounting points off for valance and bracket.
