You need a real diagnostic tool to pull the codes, they are there. Without that, I'm simply guessing.... Maybe an issue with the UVCH's, maybe wiring near the driver's side front shock tower chaffing, or the wiring going over the DS valve cover chaffing near the 42 pin connector, or inboard...

That is the connector for the front wheel ABS sensors, but your truck likely is only rear wheel abs so there is nothing to plug it into. Should be another similar on the PS. Your BUZZ test sounds fine. I would have leaned towards the "Tin Nut" on the IPR as well, but it could also be a loose...

Check the codes, as stated it's a guessing game. My guess is a P1211, but caused by a fuel restriction, since I'm guessing. That said, do you have a fuel pressure gauge? Have you done any fuel system mods, in tank mods? Is there any oil in the ICP connection?

Will it "turn over" as in does the starter spin the motor, and just not light? Do you get a WTS(Wait to Start) light? Had it been giving you problems previously, and it has worsened, or was it out of the blue?
