I would stay open to a 7.3 Superduty. From the start you get better brakes, mirrors, chassis, intercooler, e fuel.

I find that hard to believe. Rotella has a distinctive smell and odor. It also just looks wiped out at 5K miles.

Figure I'd give an update. Truck hasn't had any starting issues since replacing the batteries whenever I did. Has 308K miles on it and haven't done anything other than oil changes with Travellers oil, motorcraft fuel filters, and resealed the oil cooler couple months ago.

What are the opinions on AC injectors? I keep my stuff long term and would like a replacement same week if I have any issues. Also don't want to have a unit go bad years later and find out the shop has closed up.

It's at the shop that rebuilt it. Not to make excuses but they did rebuild it in Jan 2022... I don't know the parts situation then but the other guy that was going to build it just retired early because he couldn't get the parts he had been using for years for his rebuilds.

On mine, I haven't heard from the shop yet.

Stock tuning. It's at the shop. When I talked to the guy and mentioned 3-4 flair his response was of that like we got another one.
