Here's the problem, when the system isn't charged everything works fine, except the important part- no cold air. When a charge is added it blows the 15 amp fuse almost immediately. When you put a 20 amp fuse in the blower comes on but it won't engage the clutch on the compressor, and the wiring...

The bulletproof delete would help with a visual inspection, but thats assuming they know what to look for. I did the ebay kit with new up pipe. Just dont buy the polished kit, you wont see again once installed.

I would think exhaust leak. Set your tune to whatever smokes the most, have someone give it some throttle, and see if you can see anything under the hood.
