I ran a thumper 1 with 205/75s on an otherwise healthy truck and it wouldn’t maintain icp better than the stock pump. I wasn’t impressed.

What turbine did you go with on your 64.5? I’m between the 63/68/.91 and the 64.5/68/.91. Curious what the difference in lag/spool will be with the piping kit between the two?

When I talked to one of the guys at mpd he was very adamant on sticking with the 363/73/91. I asked about maybe going with the 362 but he said the 363 is much better, but really never told me why.

When I get my budget kit. I was told call Midwest. Sounds like they have some of the best non vgt tuning around.

At what rpm would you say your 64.5/68/.91 starts to spool? I’ve had my eye on 363/73/.91. I figured I would go with the 73 turbine since h&s and mpd both choose to use them for their kits.

That makes perfect sense! I couldn’t tell you the last time I matted the go pedal. Which is sad cause I used to run the dragstrip all the time in my 6.0. Anyhow yeah you make perfect sense cause the truck gets up to speed plenty fast 2500rpm and under. Thank you Zeb for your insight.

So you think having the 63/68 in the .91 housing should keep drive pressure in check while still giving the best spool?How much slower would you think the 62/74/.91 would spool. Obviously with the 74 the drive pressure shouldn’t be an issue. And realistically there isn’t much of a power...

Anyone running one of these kits on a 11-14 with stock fuel? Im curious in hearing the pros and cons vs the standard S363 budget kit with stock fuel.

I have the ford enhanced bundle with the vci connector bought it from strictly diesel 2 yrs ago haven’t really used it much since I have a snap on tool at work.$120 bucks sound fair? Only thing you might want to do is update it since it hasn’t been done for awhile
