    E4OD Transmission Upgrades

I've got a 2WD dually, when the original trans failed at around 223k, I replaced it with a factory "heavy duty" rebuilt unit (supposed to be for ambulances, etc). I added a basic valve body kit (bought from Tymar Performance, consisted of a bunch of Sonnax parts and instructions). Later when I...

    EGT probe

I've done several Powerstrokes and a good friend has done dozens of them, the best spot to tap is in the lowest point of the manifold, almost all chips will fall downward anyway and the rest are small enough to pass without a problem. One thing I do is drill a pilot hole ALMOST all the way...

    pillar gauges

We get our pods from the same place Auto Meter does (last pod manufacturer in the USA), here is a quick list of the manufacturer part numbers for the 2011 & newer pods: 15 026 2011+ SuperDuty 2-1/16" Single Steering Column Pod (Automatic Trans) 17 321 2011+ SuperDuty 2-1/16" Single Replacement...

    pillar gauges

We now have all of the components in stock to build them (and theoretically could start building them today), but working on finalizing the documentation and initial parts inspection paperwork. We are doing 3 styles to match the various dash trim packages: R34000 series - Blue pointer with...

    2015 stock performance numbers?

Just for a point of reference, I ran a couple of 6.4 rental trucks back when they were new, they tended to run 15.50's (extra cab long bed SRW) to 15.80's (crew cab long bed SRW). This was with boosted launches at around 20 psi according to the factory boost gauge. Either one slowed down 0.4...

    Upfitter switch question on '13

To those of you with upfitter switches, do the lights in the upfitter switches dim with the factory dash lights, or just stay full brightness? Trying to help people figure out where to hook up their gauge lighting, and also what voltage the illumination wiring will be at.

    pillar gauges

To the guys who have done gauge installs on their 6.7L's: Were you able to find a spot to tap into the factory dimmer circuit so your gauges dim with the factory dash? Looking through service manuals (and with a more experienced friend looking as well), we have not been able to find anything...

    isspro egt problem

The EV series gauges with amp boxes are considered "matched" from the factory, but this is mainly an issue with the electric temperature gauges. These are contract manufactured for us unlike all of the "modern" gauges like EV2 and Performax series which are built here. By matching the sensors...

    ICP voltage gauge?

The ISSPRO gauge reads directly from the ICP sensor, which is a capacitive pressure sensor that is only an input to the PCM (aside from the PCM supplying the regulated 5.0V to power the sensor). I can't see any way a tune can affect the reading without lowering the HPOP pressure itself. In...

    ICP voltage gauge?

Correct, it is just reading directly from the sensor, the PCM has nothing to do with the output of the sensor, so if the HPOP gauge shows low, you are getting low pressure. If anyone has problems with one please let me know, the most likely issue is in the solder joint to the connector. They...

Yes, please ship to that address. No problem on delays from the guys dealing with global warming.

Best place to get EV2 GAUGES?

Yup, we added coolant pressure a couple of years ago after a few requests. It was a mix of 6.0L owners, over-the-road trucks, and Cummins race engines (which sometimes spit out freeze plugs on the track with disastrous results).

    Ev2 boost gauge problem

We used to use the same sensor for all pressure gauges 100 psi & lower, but changed about a year ago to a different one for fuel pressure gauges only. They are still the same output and functionally interchangeable, it's just that the newer stainless-body sensors are more durable when measuring...
