you're saying just leave the hole in the foam but put a whole new piece of fabric on the headliner ? That's a possibility... Don't think the fabric will sag where the hole in the foam is? I didn't think about how easy it would come out the back, I just remember taking one out of a pickup before...

Long story short when I got this EX it looked as if there was an aftermarket dvd system in the headliner that was removed. Trying to figure out if I want to track down a similar unit to just fill the hole (99% sure it would never get used) or maybe make some type of overhead console out of fiber...

I need the bolts that hold the ficm to the brackets. The circular looking ones.

I am looking for a couple ficm bolts (two specifically) and 2-3 of the latch clips that hold the air cleaner assembly together! Thanks

Yes I'm happy I found it, and it's not a bad thing I got the bearings in the rear end replaced, those were definitely coming to their time (170k). I was considering getting another bearing, maybe I'll get one in the near future to at least get it on the shelf of the garage

Well for anyone who is following this at all, or find it for the future. The noise ended up being a front passenger wheel bearing. This was undetectable during driving (loading and unloading left to right) or turning the bearing by hand. I purchased a bearing, put it on the driver side...
