If in theory, one had access to JP5 jet fuel, what would be the risks involved in running it in my 7.3. Also, would there be any "proper" way to use JP5 in my truck i.e a mixture, additive, ect.? Thanks!

I have an early 99 7.3 and when I'm driving at my engine will cut off and immediately come back on. RPMs drop to zero then rise right back up to where they were. It causes a pretty bad shutter in the truck and on some occasions the SES will come on. It seems to only do this when it is raining...
It looks like the recall has been done because the blue tag looks rather new. It also says that the harness has an internal fuse and if blown the whole harness needs replaced. So I'm curious if that has something to do with it.
