    cps 10mm bracket bolt

If you don't want to buy a right angle drill, you should be able to rent one. As far as cleaning intercooler boots, I use dishwasher machine detergent from the grocery store (not hand wash soap, the machine detergent is much harsher). Hot water and a lot of powder makes the boots look like...

    BW 4407 Output Yoke

    Aftermarket IDM

The do it your self mod for 140 volts that only costs about $5 in materials is probably worth it. I had a Swamps HV/HF IDM and it didn't make a difference on a truck with an idle skip, just swapping in a stocker took care of the problem. Go figure.

    Chasing 1000hp

Nowhere in the description I read did Swamps claim that there are any 1000hp Swamps comp engines in street service. Most likely the 1000hp (engine dyno) fuel only engines are not streetable and the ones used in daily driver activities are detuned so much they are nowhere near making 1000hp...

    Engine coolant temperature gauge.

Unplug a solenoid, start engine and see if problem goes away. Just be aware there is 100 volts DC on the solenoid plug when the engine is running.

    Engine coolant temperature gauge.

There are several thermostats available for the PSD. Stock is around 190/195, temp gauge reads on the N. Aftermarket 205 reads around the R and M on the temp gauge. There is a 180 degree one but I have never tried it. Previous owner could have changed the thermostat.

I love my 99 F-350 but Ford sucks.

Most muffler shops can bend up whatever you want.

95 F350 very hard to stop

Relocating the brake pedal pin greatly increases the leverage applied to the hydroboost. That's why the F-SuperDuty pedal had the relocated pin. There has been a lot of posts by people who installed the hydroboost and complained about very high pedal pressure. They then relocated the pin and...

I was thinking of the HyperMax TaperCore that sticks down lower than the Banks, Ford or regular HyperMax. Don't laugh, I have one in the crate.:D

Elbow Fuel Fitting to the heads?

The stock fuel fittings on the head is 1/8" NPT. So what you need is a NPT to AN-6 male fitting if you go to AN-6 lines, usually a hard 90* cast fitting. Select one that will clear the turbo. Some have used all four fuel rail fitting holes without using the fuel rail fitting on the firewall...

    RSK planned?

Did you have him make the kit to accommodate an intercooler? There had been some previous discussion about whether or not his kit would clear some of the common intercoolers.

Rockauto lists the 38 gallon rear tank as a tank for a 1988 F-250 351. Spectra Premium F26E. About $133 at Rockauto. More or less a bolt-in. The 33 gallon tank is the Bronco one.

The later UVCH has a metal clip that works better than the original early ones so you may want to update to the later ones.

    Intercoolers

Either way, using 2" or 3" intakes you need a e99 turbo compressor adaptor. The late 99 and up adaptors are for the taller turbo pedestals used by the later SDs. The driver's side 3" intake plenum needs minor denting for clearance. If using 2" intakes when using the e99 adaptor you need stock...
