I just went out and did a half a dozen WOT runs and the lowest rail pressure I saw was 24780 at WOT for good 1/4 mile and would build to 54-55lbs of boost
Tranny is stock but has been holding strong. (Trans is this winters project for sure) Rail pressure is holding as well. Tires and gearing (3:73) is exactly the same as when i run last year.
I have checked before but will double check again. I wouldnt thot so much about it if there wasnt 3 other 6.4s there with just delete pipe and tuner running 535-560hp.

Thats exactly what happened. Just pulled the downpipe. It was a new 72mm turbo with 2500 miles on it. Spartan, elite studs, ported intake, rudys up pipes, fuel bowl delete, valve springs, no limits elbow/cac pipe, air dog II steed manifolds....
I was just driving along and go onto it alittle and heard a pop and smelled smoke. Downpipe has two holes blown in it just off the turbo. Seems to of blown alittle oil out the holes as well. Lost boost as well. Any ideas? Bad pipe?
