    I have pulled the chip no start. I found out today it is not the PCM it is the IDM.

    Yeah, I thought about that too. Both of UVCH were replaced about 6 months ago because the connections were worn out.

    Also, when the truck was doing all of this I was able to turn the chip to high idle and the idle would go up.

    Well, because I replaced the IPR valve and ICP sensor the other day because the truck was hiccupping going down the road. After replacing them the truck would idle fine the run like it was on 4 cylinders, then clear up, then die. It would start right back up idle rough, then idle fine, then die...
