The manifold bolt broke off flush with the head. I drilled and used an un-easy out...naturally,it broke. I welded a nut to it,and at about the 30th attempt of welding,snapping and grinding. I finally got it out. It felt like I ground a little too much off. So I put a little ultra copper in there...

The corrosion was horrible underneath the manifold. I thought I'd try to stop it. Time will tell for sure.

FIXED! It started acting up when I was running the evolution CTS. So I put the BD GT on and it still was low on boost (14psi). This morning I uninstalled the Bully,reinstalled the evolution and BAM 25 psi. Thank You All so much! This must've just been a glitch !?!? I'm very close to going to...

It sounds different and it reads zero psi until I lean on the throttle more than usual.

I probably should upgrade my fuel system. I will replace the filter soon. It's not very old though.

Hey! That thing is a little brittle and a tad loose. So if the sensor isn't seeing the boost,the truck won't fuel as much either,right?

I did tighten everything up. I had a cracked exhaust manifold and bought a dorman. When I switched motors,I broke the dorman at factory torque specs. I got another and put a thin film of high temp silicone on the gasket because salt had corroded underneath the other one. Do you think a tiny skim...

Egts were up around 11-1200. Mods are just the evolution CTS or bullydog. Also put a bts valve body in the trans. Usually just use the CTS but I tried the bd today to rule that out...it's leftover from unlocking the pcm on my 2014 Ram.
