    Injectors, airdog, reg return?

    In an emergency where your stock pump dies, you just pinch the fuel return line shut from the airdog with vice grips, or whatever and it will build pressure. No need to break into the system.

    Yeah make sure it is plugged in. I would check both ends. Not really sure what it does. I think it control hot radiator water thru the heater core.

    Have you checked the gray vacuum line that plugs in the valve inline with the heater hose on top of the passenger side of the engine? When mine had the same problem, that is what it was.

    I run my truck off road with a sump installed. I have never had any problems. I'm talking about thick North Florida and south Alabama swamp/thickets. I have a set of PMF traction bars, they block any heavy stuff. It also helps that I have 7 inches of lift on 36s.
