It came off a 2007 f250 6.0.
Meaning it has the vertical rear bolt. It would be direct fit on all 04-07 trucks and coule be used on an 03 with some adjustments.
Turbo has 20k miles on it. It was sold to a customer of ours and he ran it for awhile. I then bought the truck from him and return the turbo to stock form as it was better for what we need the truck for.
Turbo built normal boost, drove perfectly fine, and otherwise seemed great when removed...
Figured it out.
Last shop had installed a job 2 TCM, flashed it to resemble a Job 1. Ended up requiring some geniusness from Larz @ G*arhead to get everything sorted out.
Big shout out to the guys over there for helping us out on this one. What a nightmare!
We would not even touch it for $500 honestly.
We would probably be around $600 for the installation of most flip over ball systems. Its not an awful install, but it is a bit time consuming and you almost need a 2nd person in parts of it.
To condense a long story, we are interested in hearing others opinions.
Truck has been to 2 other shops and a local ford dealership.
