We won't use anything but OEM solenoids. Seeing too many problems with the aftermarket stuff not working correctly even with brand new ones.

The size of the transmission cooler in a 6.0 / 6.4 does wonders to keeping the transmission cool. That is why anyone with a 7.3 with 4r100 is dropping a 6.0 trans cooler in them to keep everything cool.

Getting ready to put an exhaust back pressure gauge on my compound 7.3 set up in the next couple days hopefully. Up to 40 PSI right now I am seeing a 1:1 Ratio or awful close. So far I have seen 87 PSI out of the high pressure turbo and 46 PSI on the atmosphere.

I meant stock Pistons, heads, valves. Like my 7.3 has the bowls machined out, with valve relief, so it's dropped the compression ratio, so I would only expect 350 to 375 PSI out of that motor. If even that.

Technically anything over about 375 PSI within 10% of each other is considered and all right motor. In my opinion I would like to see 400 to 450 on a stock motor.

It sounds to me like you got the lift block installed on the wrong side of the truck. They have a certain amount of degrees cut in them so that your pinion angle changes to keep the proper drive shaft alignment.

Very important in my opinion. Almost every head has to get 6+ thousandths shaved off of it and that just puts your valves that much closer to your Pistons without the proper valve job.

$650 to $1,300, done correctly with valve job, corrected height and on the high end is if it needs valve stem job also.

We have never had a gasket failure doing it one stud at a time on our own vehicles... As for customers Vehicles I'm not willing to take that chance and we pull the heads and get them decked.

The amount of timing in the tuning plays a lot into how much cylinder pressure is created and hence if you're more or less likely to lift your heads. That is the main reason that we use Tyrant tuning on all Ford trucks is because he uses as little timing as possible to still make the power. So...
Just marketed by multiple companies. I personally got mine from Carson Stauffer diesel and he has a set on his daily driver and had very positive reviews on them.

I also have a set of headers for my 7.3. I do not have the motor all of the way back together with the twin turbo setup so I do not have any Driving Experience on them yet. From my understanding they are all made by BAE,
