    How a A1000 should've been

I can't say that I'd want to make and sell them. I made aluminum inserts for the pass thru connections and cut a groove in them for a oring. I don't know how long it'll last. But chances are I can address any issues it may have. I can say that it is way quieter. Can no longer hear it going down...

    How a A1000 should've been

That's right. I've had two diff vendors tell me that no longer put this pump at the top of the recommendation list because of this. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

    How a A1000 should've been

The pump is as close to the tank as it can get without being on the tank. I have a sump with a 5/8 supply. Also running the aeromotove pre filter. Tank hasn't been run below 1/4 tank. Hardly a DD, this 2000 miles took 5 months. I didn't post this to debate whether I should have contacted...

    How a A1000 should've been

I didn't want new junk parts. I wanted to put it together and forget about it. The plastic bushing failed which led to the flat spots inside the pump gear getting chewed up. Never saw a plastic bushing out last a brass one. Especially running in fuel/coolant. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

    How a A1000 should've been

So after 2000 miles on my A1000 is gave up. I pulled it apart to find some pretty disappointing parts. The impeller is plastic and so is the bushing for the motor shaft on that end. Thought I'd share my repair. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

    The New Project

I didnt think is was bad. But I'm a diesel tech for a living, maybe I'm a lil used to it. It was hard on my stomach. But overall not bad. I wouldn't think about doing it any other way. Way less work than removing the engine. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

    Mallory 110FI

Called MSD/Mallory today. They do not list it to be used with diesel but since it's new n free, I'm going to try it. 110gph free flow and 77gph at 65psi is what they told me it would flow. Hopefully the seals will like diesel. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

Does anyone have any experience with this fuel pump? How does it compare in real life to the A1000? Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

    7.3 stuck on defroster

My truck did this last year. Someone had kicked a main vacuum connector under the dash on the pass side. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

S366 VS Full Force BASB Bell 300 series Turbo

Guess i left out that im going to larger injectors now. I feel that the s366 was a waste of time. There aren't many options for exh hausibgs above a .91 for a s300. Which is why a waste gate is needed. So the turbo isn't overspeeded. I said with stock injectors I liked it. I'm going to...

S366 VS Full Force BASB Bell 300 series Turbo

All I can find is the .91 which is what I have. I've heard there are others available, but didn't have any luck finding one. I would imagine it's a lot of $. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

S366 VS Full Force BASB Bell 300 series Turbo

Ive been running the s366 with stock injectors. I really like it with them. But since you can't get a larger exhaust/turbine housing for it I was stuck needing to go with a waste gate or a 467.7. You can get alot of diff housings with the 467.7. I personally can't see spending the time n money...

S366 VS Full Force BASB Bell 300 series Turbo

If I had it to do again, I'd buy the 467.7 I just bought off eBay to begin with. It was $1049 with free shipping. Appears to be plenty available. Search 178855 turbo o eBay. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

    The New Project

I have to admit, I ordered the injectors, pushrods and valve springs all at once. I got the injectors so fast I got excited. Pull it all down and thought I was starting the project full steam ahead. Well its still sitting with the injectors, rockers, pushrods out. I started the studs on the...

I only have 1500 miles on the s366. I also have a s482. Guess I'll use them both when I'm done with my spare block build for a compound setup. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
