For current customers running GH on their sct x4, what do we need to purchase to have sotf. Looks like jomax got me sold Am I reading correctly, this will work with the SCT X4?- Ronman

Interesting mpg performance
Went ahead and looked it up. 37.5 gallons which means 18.75 at half a tank. At 8mpg that would be 150 miles to empty. Which is why I was asking about the 81 miles to empty and only dropping to 68 miles to empty after 42 miles.- Ronman

I've never run it to empty but I can guarantee 23 gallons ain't filling me up. Let's try closer to 35-38 gallon tank. (I've never looked up the official capacity)- Ronman

I get you on that. I was just thrown off by the whole 81 miles to empty with half a tank. I will keep my finger off that button for a while. And find a station with better pumps.- Ronman

Just added intake, exhaust and custom tunes. I also have 35's so anticipate to have some error in my mpg readings but this is a little crazy. Running stock the lie-ometer said I was getting 13-14 mpg. After mods I went for a drive. It initially shot up to 24mpg (yeah right). I reset and it shot...- Ronman

SCT x4 different strats. How to test.
Follow up to my last post. Long story short. Was given tuner with custom tunes loaded. Going from 2015 to 2015. He also gave me the complete exhaust/*** etc ****** and egr plugs. Both are 2015's. I called him and he thought I may need new tunes since the strategies don't match, but what I just read was that only the customs won't work. However, they appear to be accessible but the preinstalled aren't.- Ronman

I had a coworker leave a gift for me today. He traded in his 6.7 and gave me his SCT X4 tuner. I hooked it up and noticed the canned tunes option is disabled. There are several custom tunes present. It's about 37' I believe, 3 horse. I'll try to get pics with the trailer this evening. I mounted the tires on the stock wheels using spacers. Let me see if I can upload the pic I took outside the shop yesterday.- Ronman
