well as with most my problems they are caused by me,, started to chase the P0232 today and found that while I had truck tore apart to put rockers in I needed to put windows up, so the fuel pump would not come on when I turned the key on I unplugged the fuel pump,, yep and I never plugged it back...

that is the sensor that comes up and plugs in behind the glow plug controller? while looking at scanner I could see 3 temps sensors in the same range and one in a negative number ,, figured that was the one I unplugged and left in egr cooler when I removed it ??

EGRTA exhaust temperature sensor?? is that the sensor it the front EGR cooler?? what has me puzzled is the truck started 3 times with long crank and now nothing???

Never use a cookie grinder!! I use a coarse cup brush on a angle grinder and then a plane block with 180 grit to cleane it up

machine shop took .008 off heads last time, said they are out .002"-.003" this time, going to cut them again and put a .002" protrusion O ring to try n pinch the gasket better this time,,,, looking for any thoughts, input or similar problems out there????

the top of the block has less than .002" ow warp,, put a straight across top of block and i cant get a .002" blade in anywhere
