Lifter oiling hole direction?

Does it matter which way or do you guys recommend a certain way in or out? My others ones are just randomly in different directions. Thanks in advance

Here is my Load Trail 40' 12k axles,,GVWR 25,900lbs,deck on neck,hydraulic jacks,chain rack,lumber rack,2 tool boxes,72" spread axles and 11,500lb winch.Weighs 10,320 lbs empty.still new only issue so far was jacks leaked but warranty department sent 2 new jacks and I fixed my self no problem.
