CPS sensor just replaced no luck. Tried unprogramming and changing programming. nothing

Just did didnt help.

Charged batteries overnight. 12.3 volts on one 12.7 on the other. installed them and together read 12.4 v. hooked up my dakota to jump it just to give it more juice. No luck. Drops to 10.4v while cranking.

Just replaced the IDM and ICP sensor. Cleaned out pigtail.

My duty cycle is 39% ICP is 2200 And voltage drops to 10.3 with another truck hooked up. While cranking.

ghohouston for the win. Ran awesome for a week. Now it wont start randomly. Its cranks great just no start.

whats the best way to check the FCIM voltage on a 7.3l

Its a 7.3l my old truck was a 6.0l. Unplugged ICP sensor and didnt notice any change.

So a quick run down. I drove my truck to work. Went to leave work and it didnt start. Fuel bowl has diesel in it. It had some weird codes. I dont know but i really want to say its electrical. I looked at all my fuses and everything there is ok. Tried to start it a handful of times. Dont know...

Any issue yall see with doing a reverse boost leak test from the exhaust end???

So i got on it yesterday and noticed a fair amount of exhaust coming into the cab from the stick shift opening. Guessing I still have a rather large exhaust leak somewhere.

I am now at 25psi of boost wot. Yes finally. Thanks everyone

I did check the map sensor and it looked good. Very very minor leak.

what is the see through block mod??

I dont know the brand of injectors. The tune is from Elite diesel

So i did the boost leak test. I kinda laughed a bit with all the leaks i found. Sealed up most as best i could. Get about 12 psi now on full throttle. Runs better

There is a overboost protector installed on it i believe. The little release pressure valve.

So any recommendations on what voltage IDM i should replace the stock one with?
