    Maybe think about changing the thermostats in your secondary radiator out. Kevin at psp was having the same issue as you went through 2 or 3 stock coolers and put a no limit on. He was still loosing coolant in the secondary system after beating on it and puking out the bottle.

    If the base metal is still good and not corroded it can be repaired. You have to drill a hole at the end of the crack so it won't continue farther. After that prep the area well and pre heat the rim to 300-350 degrees and tig weld it.

    I'm gonna go with a fmic means front mount intercooler. You could do it if you ran a small core size and got creative with the piping. Besides that no there simply isn't enough room to fit a full size intercooler and still keep the secondary cooling system to cool the factory intercooler.

    I agree with mike I ran a box 363 and that thing was a blast. That thing came into power quick and towed well. I think there definition of amazing is it was making power below 2k rpm and as long as you didn't over fuel it , it could usually get out from falling under the turbo easily.

    On the dyno it comes into power quick and seems very forgiving like it would be hard to get under the turbos. Can't wait to see what power it makes when they can give it more fuel and make those atmos work.

    Got mine at ford had my buddy in parts let me use his computer and printed off the ford assembly manual. Then printed off the 5 pages that are separate that give all the specs for oil clearence, ring gaps ,ect.

    That's just the way they are sadly. Factory they seem to lug more and keep the truck in high gear instead of down shifting. Usually aftermarket tuning fixes that lugging issue.

    Rear diff needs a friction modifier added when doing a service. Factory rear diff cover or a ouo one I'll add one bottle of ford additive. If it's a larger capacity pan I'll add 1.5-2 bottles. Trans only has a internal filter.
