03 6.0 idles fine bucks/smokes with throttle

Like the title says the true started running rough a few month ago. Unhook the battery's and it will run normal for about 20 miles. Since then it got a new fuel pump and all new injectors and stand pipes. At idle it's 630-670 oil pressure. I unplugged the icp sensor but still idles fine but buck and the tach jump up and down from 550-1200 as well with oil pressure jumps around. A little help please and thank you.

Ended up being crank sensor. Thanks guys, mods can close

Good to know on that one, would have never guessed that.

That's what I was saying no codes. Then randomly pulled p0148 switched a spare PCM then leaned towards the crank sensor.
