Trying to help a buddy start his 03 6.0,he just swapped in a known good running 03 engine from a wrecked truck he tore it it apart to do new oem oil cooler new ipr screen and all new injector orings.
Hooked up AE
FICM 48 volts KOEO and starting
we have FICM sync etc
ICP is 0.50 psi/IPR 14% KOEO cranking the highest I seen it climb 150 psi with IPR at 85%, (150 cranking rpms to slow?)
No codes
fuel gauge shows its got 1/2 tank but tomorrow he's going to grab another 5 gallon tank and put it in.
Batteries are brand new super start ext's connected to a charger.
Passes KOEO and injector buzz tests. (all 8 buzz)
Pulled oil filter and fuel filter cap both fill up when key turned on/cranking.
Strong injector buzz when key is first turned on.
Tried a few shots of ether no go.
