That I am not sure of. I think so, as the lift kits are very similar, but, I am not sure. Trevor might be the one to answer that.

EDIT... His web sight says that they will fit 2005 -2010

Still available? Do you know if they will work on a 4.5 lift or do I need to go higher?

These will work on a lift of up to 10 inches. I have heard that they do not work on lowered rigs, but I am not sue about that one.

Will this kit work on a 2012?

There are different part numbers on BDS website for the 08-10 and 11-12 model year kits.... I dont know the differences, but it appears that it will not work.
