It would be an easy win to sue for the difference, there are plenty of witnesses to the 60k. wouldn't take much time at all. Money is money $6k is a lot to me i could do a lot of upgrades with that.

Ill pass the word along buddy, he'll probably be at my friend/neighbors shop tonight. I havnt been able to get him on the phone either. I feel bad that I was a part of this tainted sale.

Just to keep everyone up to date on this thing the seller still has not contacted me to resolve this issue...did a little research and the truck is actually a 2008 not a 2009 and I have found the ebay ad

Basically I have been screwed and lied to and have no need for a 3rd race truck I have whitey and kong so for the $5800 I payed for the truck I will let it go for that it has 177,xxx actual miles
