What did you use to plug the hole in the intake and what size hose is needed to re-route it?

I used a couple fender washers with a thick rubber washer sandwiched in. When you tighten the bolt it causes the metal washer to bend to the round shape of the intake tube and the rubber washer seals it up nicely. I used 1" hydraulic hose for the CCV dump.

I thought about using some ultra black as well, but the rubber washer sealed up so well I never added any. I used the same setup on my new S&B intake.

A 1" expandable freeze plug works very well, ans just standard 1" heater hide works just fine. That's what we use in the ship for all of ours.

The oil will eventually break down the heater hose though, thats why I went with the hydraulic hose. Good idea on the freeze plug.
