we have either a complete hub assy or the orings and snap ring to seal it into the hub bearing. also is it auto or manual?

Manual hubs. The hub is binding up when I go to engage it and not always wanting to engage/click into place. So think I'm looking for a rebuild kit

ford doesn't offer a rebuild just the outer orings and snap ring to mount the hub in the bearing.

my catalog doesn't say if they are a boss wheel or not, but does show they are 19" and look to be a 10 spoke wheel.

they would be all reman from ford, is it for the same 95 truck? and would you happen to know if your truck had the factory ambulance package?

Correct, for a 95 7.3. No ambulance package.
