Ok, just talked to the mechanic, i totally misunderstood him, he said 50 not 15 . The filter was replaced about 4,000 miles ago. I change it every 10,000 (every other oil change)

OK, fuel pressure is not the issue then.

Can they communicate with the PCM? Ask them to run a buzz test on the injectors.

Yes they can, i was there when they ran the buzz test... everything fine. Still no codes except for one time it came up with KAM error. I think that has to do with the ts chip though.

Have they tried pulling the chip and seeing if the truck will start.

KAM error means the batteries were disconnected or that the PCM lost power.

sorry man!! i forgot where i started too..
No problem. Thanks for giving us the chance to help. We sometimes get a little upset, sometimes people will ask for help and when we answer their questions they don't listen or they were told different and they know the other person was right because he has been a professional diesel mechanic for GM for 3 months.

Sorry for the misunderstandings and good luck. Let us know how it goes.

whs!! i shouldn't be that way though. i started the same way as him... gonna stop posting for a few days.. im going overboard on some of this stuff...
