My bro's Excursion has a start issue. Seems prob is due to position of the column shifter. Same no start from park/neutral. Hear 1 audible click when attempting to start. Jumped silonoid on the fender and at the starter still no start.

hear a click in area of starter and at silonoid. Mess with the shifter position long enough while trying to start and it will eventually start. Anyone experience anything like this and what resolved the issue?

Adjusted column tension cable, no change. Replaced transmission neutral safety switch, along with the brake light actuator.

Ran AE got stored dtc codes for the Gem/ central timer:
B1483 brake pedal imput fail 4wd module
B1485 brake pedal imput circuit sort to battery -4wd

AE test KOER got the following DTC's

P1536 park brake switch circuit
P0220 throttle pos/pedal sensor/ b circuit
P1780 trans control switch
P0571 cruise control/brake switch a circuit
P0703 Torque converter/brake switch b circuit
P0565 cruise control on signal
P0566 cruise control off signal
P0567 cruise control resume signal

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Look up under the column where the shifter attaches to the column. There are two torx screws that attach it. I bet they have worked loose. Common issue.
