OK, probably a longshot here, but:
For Sale: 2000 Ford F150 7700 Regular Cab, Long 8ft bed, 5.4L V8. Automatic transmission with 4wd and manual transfer case. The truck has 139K miles and runs excellently. 4wd works very well, hot heat and cold A/C. This truck is in Ford's work truck trim, with rubber floors and a vinyl bench seat. Manual windows, locks, transfer case. Nothing to break! I have owned this truck since 2010 and it has always been great for me, I am selling because I bought a supercab truck - I needed the extra seats. Truck has an 8ft bed and comes with a bed cap with 3rd brake light and cargo dome light (installed and working). The cap matches only if you use your imagination.
The F150 7700 truck has many F250 drivetrain parts, it was called the F250LD in 1999, then F150 7700 in 2000. The 7700 has front/rear disc brakes with bigger rotors, bigger 130 amp alternator, heavy duty radiator, 7 lug wheels, 10.25 rear end, and the bigger 4r100 transmission.
The Good:
- Excellent work truck, very reliable, no issues
- No leaks, burning fluids, consuming fluids, etc.
- Sony Xplod CD/MP3 player with front Aux-in, remote included
Recent Service (all in last 10K miles):
- ALL FLUIDS: Transmission, transfer case, front & rear differentials, coolant, brake fluid, PS fluid.
- 8 new coil packs and 8 new spark plugs
- New rear axle seals and parking brake shoes
- New front brakes, rotors and pads
- Sway bar end links
- Air Filter
- Fuel Filter
- PA Inspected through March 2015
- Clean inside and out
The bad:
- Body rust on bed mostly, but also on rear of cab
- Crack in windshield right where driver's wiper rests - has been there since I have owned the truck and passes inspection
- Front seat wear
