2005 vs. 2006 hub caps

has anyone notice that the newer hub/center caps dont stick out nearly as far as the 2005's?

or is this just due to the rims being different? :shrug:


if anyone could shed some light on this itd be appreciated!

No y'all are wrong there were two different styles on 05-07 6.0's

that lower cap is an 08+ cap. the ones above are 05-07

The bottom style caps are all the same from 05 to current

shut my mouth... the non-20" wheels came with the fat caps pictured in the lower picture

so it must be a difference in wheels... i was passing through biggs a couple weeks ago and stopped in at the gas station where i saw an 06-07 f350 with the 18's and the caps sat alot more flush with the hubs and the rear center caps didnt stick out nearly as far as my 05..

i was hoping they were different so i could toss some on mine because they looked a hell of a lot better!

Where those the rims? If so they are 08-10 18's and they had that small center cap.

all i know is there are three different styles from 05-11 because i have them all on the shelf.

12stroker.. i think the very first pic you put up must have been the caps they had on there from your first post.

i know i have the caps that are on your bottom pic from the first post also...

maybe they just look like they dont stick out as far?

what wheels are those ones off of?
