2006 6.0 engine

Bought this truck just so I could get the bed and wheels. it's a 2006 6.0
The engine seems to run good I have driven it around few days with no trouble
Previous owner claimed to have had a new long block 185k miles ago and new injector a year ago. He didn't provide me with any documentation on this so I have no way to prove it.
I can atest that it runs good and I'll leave it in the truck for test drive if someone wants

Ill put it on a pallet and ship it at buyers expense

i know you'll probably want to sell it whole but, sell the heads, rocker boxes w/ hardware and oil rails, and valve covers?
