Well after years of wanting to do this build I am finally in the position to do it. My 2007 F250 lost the head gaskets pulling a cattle trailer. Did a full bullet proof on it then the electrical system decided to give out on me. Melted harness, fried Ecm, and the pins on ficm melted. Fixed that and first run out the shop the truck went into limp mode. So the engine and trans will be for sale here shortly and i will be starting my build.

Picked up 2 1991 d350 trucks for very cheap. Going to pull the non intercooled 12v out and build it once i get all the parts in for it. Only has 40k miles was a govt truck that has sat for the last 20 years.

I ordered the manual trans hump, and shifter off ebay. I still need all the rest of the parts and to order the adapter kit from destroked or diesel conversion specialists.

I am looking for the 750 ZF6 4x4 if anyone has one.

If any of you guys up north have a rusted out truck i could get parts off of LMK.

This is going to be a long process but i will try and document everything as good as possible. In the stock piling parts process at the moment.

Not sure where you’re getting all the conversion parts but I went through diesel conversion specialists. I got 100% everything from them to make my swap flawless, even keep my cruise control with no lights on the dash. Should have it done in a couple weeks. Yours will be very nice and won’t have to deal with a lot of electronics like I did.

I haven't ordered them yet. I have been looking around and reading reviews. But some other stuff i wasn't expecting came up so this project has been moved back to the back burner.
