2008 6.4 Lariat Tastefully Modded

I'm putting my 6.4 up for sale. It is a 2008 Lariat and currently has 116,xxx miles but it is my daily driver so the miles will go up. It has the chrome package, stone leather, dual climate control, center console, power adjustable pedals, rearview camera, up-fitter switches, power folding/telescoping mirrors). I have owned the truck since january of 2013. I have been meticulous with maintenance (oil changed and tires rotated every 5k miles and fuel filters every other oil change). The truck has several mods mostly done by myself. It is a very clean truck inside and out. I'm looking for $30k obo. Now for the good stuff:

-H&S Mini Maxx w/ dash mount
-5" Flo-Pro down-pipe back exhaust
-S&B intake
-Recon side marker lights
-DDM tuning HID headlights
-3" lift ( I don't know what kind it is, it came on the truck when i bought it)
-20x10 XD Monsters
-35x12.50R20 Nitto Trail grapplers (40+%)
-PTM Bushwacker Pocket Flairs
-Spray in bed liner
-B&W Turn-over ball
-Kenwood double-din touchscreen head unit
-JL audio front door speakers
-Addictive Audio rear speakers

*Notes:
-The toolbox in the pictures will not sell with the truck
-The windshield has 2 very small rock chips
-The automatic hubs do not engage electronically but work perfectly when engaged manually (there is a vacuum leak somewhere I just haven't had time to run it down)
