2008 CCSB Lariat 4x4 tuned, deleted, lifted

I'm putting my 6.4 up for sale. It is a 2008 Lariat and currently has 119,xxx miles but it is my daily driver so the miles will go up. It has the chrome package, stone leather, dual climate control, center console, power adjustable pedals, rearview camera, up-fitter switches, power folding/telescoping mirrors). I have owned the truck since january of 2013. I have been meticulous with maintenance (oil changed and tires rotated every 5k miles and fuel filters every other oil change). The truck has several mods mostly done by myself. It is a very clean truck inside and out. I'm looking for $30k obo as it sits or $27,500 if I keep the Minimaxx, exhaust, subs, and amp.
