If you are on forums with knowledge and talking about future engine programs then you should already be worried about your job....

However, your job is safe for the moment... we are an engine component supplier to Ford (with access to the cool stuff) and there is no currently planned 3.7 EB development program. A displacement change to the 3.5 could be possible, but 200 cc is not worth the effort on a production program.
