I live here in beautiful California lol and the laws are the worst from guns to the Arb I had to upgrade 5 of my perfectly good semi trucks to 2008 and newer

Colorado only has emissions in some county's in the Denver area, I've never had to do anything of any vintage/fuel type.

In NY there is an emission check for any vehicle 8500gvw and under. It's mostly for cars like TDIs. But all thy check for when they plug it in is a CEL
