2015 125k miles & no start...

2015 6.7 with 125k I bought not running to replace my 6.4..

Found metal shavings in fuel system so replaced high and low pressure pumps, fuel pressure regulator on pump & rail along with the injector return lines - truck will run if you start with break clean and that's it...cant get it to build over 1500psi while cranking...once running it idles at 4-5k no problem


what am I missing?

Injectors are what I'm fearing...regulator is new on the rail.

I just keep closing my eyes to injectors because it runs so damn smooth, granted "once it runs"
If seen 6.7 with bad injectors but they usually at least start

Yeah poor little pump doesn't have the volume to make 5k at 150 Rpms with the injector flow back rate all jacked from the metal

I would replace the rails, which come with the regulator, due to the fact that they harbor metal, and you may be doing it again in the near future otherwise. Ford makes a kit yhat comes with everything except gaskets. I want to say its like 3900 or somethinglike that.
